“I am passionate about helping individuals become unstuck, discover who they are, to be able to dream again and develop the coping skills to become who they are meant to be. My approach is to come alongside my client and through collaboration with them, help them to discover their hidden strengths and to become empowered.”

My approach is an integrative approach, using various forms of evidence based
counseling practices. I provide a safe, caring and non-judgmental
environment and take a holistic approach which involves the mind and body.

If preferred, I can also work from a faith-based perspective
